How long it takes
A typical office visit takes 1–3 hours depending on floor area, desk count and washroom numbers — a small single-floor office is usually under 90 minutes, a larger multi-floor site longer. Visits are almost always early morning, evening or overnight, so the time is invisible to your team. Periodic deep cleans (washrooms, carpets, hard floors) are scheduled separately and typically take half a day to a full day.
