Terms & Conditions

These terms govern cleaning services provided by Berkshire EcoClean(“we”, “us”) to you (“the customer”). By booking or requesting a service you accept these terms.

Quotes & pricing

Quotes are provided on a clear, fixed basis where possible and are valid for 30 days. Regular domestic cleaning may be charged per visit or per hour as agreed. End of tenancy, deep and specialist cleans are fixed-priced by property size and condition. Any pricing ranges referenced in our guides are UK averages from cited third parties, not quotes.

Bookings & confirmation

Online bookings are requests for a slot. A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it by email or phone. We will contact you if a requested slot is unavailable and offer alternatives.

Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access, a cancellation charge may apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-access visits may incur a charge to cover allocated time.

End of tenancy re-clean guarantee

For end of tenancy cleans, if your letting agent or landlord raises a specific cleaning issue at check-out within 72 hours of the clean, we will return and re-clean the affected areas free of charge. The guarantee covers cleaning only — it does not cover wear, damage, or inventory matters unrelated to cleaning, and the property must have been empty and not re-occupied between the clean and the inspection.

Liability & insurance

We hold public liability insurance and our operatives are DBS-checked. We take great care, but you must notify us of any fragile, high-value or sensitive items in advance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote or booking. Invoices are due on the terms stated. We reserve the right to charge for additional work agreed on site.

Products

We provide our own professional cleaning products and equipment as standard. If you require a specific product for a delicate surface, please tell us in advance.
