Final Sparkle & Pre-Handover Cleaning
A final sparkle is the detailed clean after the main builders clean and before inspection or handover, once your own quality checks and remedial works are done. If trades return afterwards, a plot re-clean brings it back to standard.
Scope is agreed per development and typically covers:

- Floors and final presentation details
Cleaning is not snagging. Where we identify defects or damaged finishes, these are reported to the site team rather than concealed.

What is a final sparkle clean?
The last detailed clean before a new home is inspected or handed over. It follows the main builders clean and brings glass, kitchens, bathrooms, fittings and floors up to the handover standard.
When should a final sparkle clean take place?
As close to the buyer's inspection or handover as the programme allows, so dust has little time to resettle. We agree the timing with your site team and re-programme if completion dates move.
Can you clean multiple plots?
Yes. We clean plots individually as they complete or in batches as a phase finishes, with the team sized to your programme.
Do you provide plot re-cleans before handover?
Yes. If a plot is re-soiled by snagging works, follow-on trades or a delayed completion, we re-clean it before the inspection or handover.
Can you work around other trades?
Yes. We sequence cleaning with the site manager so it follows the trades, and we work to your site rules, inductions and PPE requirements.
Do you clean show homes and marketing suites?
Yes. We provide a launch clean once the show home is dressed, then regular presentation cleans, with the marketing suite or sales office on the same visit where that suits the sales team.
